This one-day gathering, co-located with RustConf, brings together invited members of active Rust teams. Complementing and expanding on the work accomplished at the 2024 Rust Leads Summit in London, the Rust Foundation will host the Rust Teams Health Summit for the first time. Goals are to build stronger relationships between teams, identify common struggles, and create resources to help teams manage and solve cross-cutting issues.
