Daniel Almeida is a Software Engineer at Collabora, a consultancy that specializes in delivering the benefits of open source software to the commercial world. He mainly works on the Linux kernel and his latest project is Tyr, a Rust GPU kernel driver for the 10th+ generation of Arm Mali GPUs, commonly found on phones, Chromebooks and embedded devices.
