Ross Townsend is the Head of Rust Recruitment at Lawrence Harvey and currently the organizer of Rust NYC, the world's largest regularly held Rust meetup. In his role leading the largest dedicated Rust recruitment team in North America, he is regularly scaling teams from Founding Engineer level through to major enterprise players in the top level enterprise space. Ross has been recruiting in engineering since 2018, and has a track record of nurturing and creating some of the largest software engineering communities across the UK, Australia, and the USA.
